Please fill out the form below and submit or call the boutique directly at 720 484 5153. You can also text "request an appointment" along with the date you would like to come in to 720 830 7673. It is possible that the date and time requested may not be available. If that is the case, we will provide other appointment options. We never charge an appointment fee, but do ask that we are given 24 hours notice before any cancelation as we are a private appointment boutique. We are closed on Tuesdays after 12:30 pm and all day Wednesdays. If you do submit an online request - we reply within 2 hours. We do ask that if you request an appointment with us, you respond to our response to you as quickly as possible as our appointment times do fill up quickly.
